The apartment is fully equipped with all the usual amenities, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, hairdryers, etc. The apartment is located in a gated community with 24/7 security guard. The pool is only 20 meters from the front door! The complex has 3 swimming pools and 1 children’s with gardens, plus lifeguard during the summer months.
Gym, Spa, sauna, indoor pools, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants are within 5 to 12 minutes’ walk.
At the entrance of the apartment there is a nice italian restaurant called Fat Mama. The famous La Sala restaurant is 10 minutes’ walk and 12 minutes’ walk to the popular Ocean Beach Club. There are sports bars with big screens within 5 to 15 minutes’ walk.
There is a bus stop at the entrance of the complex if you wish to have a day out to Marbella or elsewhere. The casino is just 10 minutes’ walk away.
For golf lovers we are in the middle of Costa del Golf with 50 golf courses along the coast and eight (8!) in the vicinity; La Quinta, Club de Golf Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf Club, Dama de Noche, Golf Rio real, Santa Clara Golf, Santa Maria Golf Club, just to name a few.
Every Saturday morning within 5 minutes’ walk is the market for shopping.
If you arrive late we supply the option to stock the fridge with the basics to start your holiday if you like. Such as a welcome bottle of Cava, tea and cookies, coffee, milk, juice and bottled water to get you started. We can also cool down the apartment before your arrival. If you would like a transfer from the airport we can arrange that too.
